Feeling Overwhelmed? It’s Time for Change. In our fast-paced world, feelings of stress, anxiety, and being overwhelmed have become all too common. Yet, it's possible to break free from the cycle of burnout and embrace self-care as a powerful act of resistance and healing. Join us for an empowering workshop: Healing Burnout and Dismantling Oppression with Self-Care, a guided exploration into transforming personal and collective well-being. About the Workshop: This session is an invitation to anyone seeking to heal from or prevent burnout through a deep dive into its causes, impacts, and the healing power of self-care. Emphasizing the critical distinction between internal and external self-care, we’ll uncover how systemic oppression affects our well-being and explore self-care as a radical tool for personal empowerment and societal change. Key Highlights:

  • Understanding Burnout: Insights into the research on burnout and its effects on individuals and communities.
  • Strategies for Healing: Practical approaches to self-compassion, authenticity, and setting boundaries.
  • Self-Care as Resistance: How prioritizing self-care can help dismantle systems of oppression, leading to collective healing and liberation.
  • Interactive Elements: The workshop includes meditative practices, individual reflection, and engaging small group discussions to foster a supportive community learning environment.
