CAERS Annual Meeting

The California Estuarine Research Society (CAERS) will hold its annual meeting May 3-4th, 2024 at the Moss Landing Marine Lab (MLML) in Moss Landing, CA. Please join us for a meeting filled with presentations and discussions about the estuaries and coasts of California and Baja California. All topics relevant to the estuaries and coasts of the Pacific Coast of North America are welcome.

Key Dates:
April 13 – Abstract and early registration deadline 5 pm
April 15 – Last day to reserve host hotel (details below) at a discounted rate.

Registration: Registration includes coffee, tea, and snacks on both days, a catered mixer on the first evening, and light breakfast on the second day.
Student early registration: $75, late & on-site: $100
Member early registration: $125, late & on-site: $175
Non-member registration: $140,late & on-site: $190
Scientific writing workshop: $20

Hotel:
Host hotel is the Inn At Moss Landing Point conveniently located across the street from MLML. A discounted block of rooms (rates vary by day and room type but a 10% discount will be applied to all rates) is available until April 15th or until sold out, whichever comes first. The discount applies for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night stays (arrive as early as May 2nd, leave as late as May 5th). Rates can be found on the CAERS website.
