About the Webinar

In today's climate, it has become increasingly difficult to visibly support formal diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and accessibility (DEIJA) efforts in coastal and estuarine science and management disciplines and in our workplaces. Those committed to doing DEIJA work are searching for options that meet these legal, structural, and institutional restrictions. Participants will hear practical, values-driven strategies for sustaining inclusive collaboration, supporting diverse talent, and advancing our efforts when formal DEIJA structures are constrained.
